初步探讨miR-133a-3p、miR-122-5p与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病中医分型及分级的相关性
A preliminary study on the correlation between miR-133a-3p,miR-122-5p and TCM syndrome classification and grading of coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To preliminarily explore the correlation between miR-122-5p,miR-133a-3p and TCM syndrome classification and grading of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 116 coronary heart disease with angina pectoris patients admitted to Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the test group,and they were divided into six types according to TCM syndrome differentiation,and 3 grades of mild,moderate,and severe according to TCM disease condistions.In addition,30 healthy people were selected as the healthy control group.The serum miR-122-5p and miR-133a-3p expressions in the two groups were detected,and the difference between the groups was observed.The expression differences in serum miR-122-5p and miR-133a-3p were compared among different TCM syndrome types in the test group.The correlation coefficients of serum miR-122-5p,miR-133a-3p and different grades was analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient.Results:The relative expressions of serum miR-122-5p and miR-133a-3p in the test group were higher than those in the healthy control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In pair-to-pair comparison of different syndrome types,the relative expression levels of serum miR-122-5p and miR-133a-3p in patients with the Qi(气)deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome were significantly up-regulated compared with those in patients with the Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome or the Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the serum expression of miR-122-5p and miR-133a-3p of patients with different TCM syndrome grades(P<0.01),and there was a significant linear positive correlation(r>0.3).Conclusion:The expressions of miR-122-5p and miR-133a-3p can be used as the reference markers of the Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease,and miR-122-5p and miR-133a-3p are closely related to the severity of coronary heart disease.关键词
