心系疾病中医动物模型现状分析
An analysis of the current situation of TCM animal model of cardiovascular disease

Abstract
Cardiovascular diseases are closely related to cardiovascular functions and emotions in traditional Chinese medicine theory,covering symptoms such as palpitation,chest pain,vertigo,and insomnia,which have high prevalence rate and low control rate,seriously affecting human health.The prevention and treatment system of TCM has shown unique advantages in ameliorating metabolic disorders and delaying the progress of the disease by virtue of its overall regulatory and syndrome differentiation and treatment characteristics.The analysis and transformation application of this therapeutic mechanism are difficult to be fully simulated through traditional animal models,but rely on the innovative research of animal models of TCM syndromes.In recent years,in the integrative medicine,the simulation and quantification of TCM syndromes have been gradually achieved through the innovation of animal model construction methods,and constructing animal models that conform to the characteristics of TCM syndromes has become a key tool for revealing the pathological mechanisms of cardiovascular diseases,developing new treatment ideas,and evaluating the efficacy of TCM.In this study,the construction and application evaluation of TCM animal models of cardiovascular diseases are analyzed and summarized from the following three aspects:modern medical disease animal models,animal models based on TCM theory,and animal models based on the characteristics of clinical symptoms in both TCM and Western medicine,and the advantages and disadvantages of each model are explored.It is believed that the animal model based on the characteristics of clinical symptoms in both TCM and Western medicine,which includes both Western medicine's"diseases"and TCM's"syndromes",has more advantages among the three models and may become the main choice for TCM animal models of cardiovascular diseases in the future.关键词
