基于数据挖掘探究藏医药治疗心律失常的用药规律
The medication rule of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of arrhythmia based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore the medication rules and prescription characteristics of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of arrhythmia based on data mining technology.Methods:Taking"arrhythmia""Ninglong disease"and"Ningqu disease"as keywords,the prescriptions for treating arrhythmia were collected from Tibetan medical classics and sorted out to enter into the Excel table to establish the medicine database of Tibetan medicine for treating arrhythmias.The used frequencies of medicines were counted and analyzed by Microsoft Excel 2021 PivotTable,and association rule analysis and cluster analysis of used medicines were performed by SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 statistical software.Results:A total of 62 prescriptions in accordance with the inclusion criteria were selected out,involving 131 Tibetan medicines,of which 18 were high-frequency Tibetan medicines,and the top 6 Tibetan medicines with high frequency were Roudoukou(Semen Myristicae),Dingxiang(Flos Caryophylli),Guangzao(Fructus Choerospondiatis),Chenxiang(Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum),Awei(Ferula Assa Foetida),and Chuanmuxiang(Radix Vladimiriae),all of which were medicines for dispelling Long disease and nourishing the heart.The five flavors of the included medicines were mainly pungent and sweet,the transformed flavors were mainly bitter-transformed and sweet-transformed,and the medicinal property was mainly warm.The main tropism meridian of the included medicines was the heart meridian,followed by stomach meridian.The included medicines was mainly to treat Long disease and cardiac diseases.The association rule analysis showed that couplet medicines with the highest support were Guangzao-Roudoukou,and tripartite medicines with the highest support were Chenxiang-Roudoukou-Guangzao.Four core medicine formulations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:The Tibetan medicines for treating arrhythmia mainly are used for dispelling Long disease and nourishing the heart,having pungent or sweet taste and bitter or sweet transformed taste,being warm in medicinal property,and belonging to heart meridian and stomach meridian.The medication rules derived from data mining provide a reference basis for the clinical treatment of arrhythmia in Tibetan medicine and the research and development of new drugs.关键词
