The diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery no-reflow phenomenon by stages based on the theory of"blood stasis and toxin"

Abstract
As a common complication of percutaneous coronary intervention,coronary artery no-reflow phenomenon(CNR)seriously affects the prognosis of patients,with a higher risk of death of patients,and is one of the most difficult problems in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome.CNR is characterized by slowed or interrupted blood flow,microvascular leakage,sudden onset,and intractable symptoms,which is consistent with the pathogenic characteristics of"blood stasis and toxin"in traditional Chinese medicine.In the relevant theory of traditional Chinese medicine,"blood stasis and toxin"is an important cause of acute coronary syndrome,which has the characteristics of obstructing the circulation of Qi(气)and blood,corrupting flesh and blood,rapid onset,and a lingering disease course.Studies have shown that Chinese medicines for removing blood stasis and detoxification can ameliorate CNR by intervening in the above pathological mechanisms.In this paper,based on the theory of"blood stasis and toxin",the basic treatment principle of"activating blood to remove toxin"is proposed for treating CNR.According to different stages of CNR,treatment methods of regulating Qi and unblocking collaterals,tonifying Qi and controlling blood,and nourishing blood and relaxing convulsion are also taken into account to reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in patients,providing ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of CNR in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
