基于数据挖掘分析石氏伤科治疗腰椎间盘突出用药规律
The medication rule of SHI's traumatology in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore the medication rule of SHI's traumatology in treating lumbar disc herniation based on data mining technology.Methods:Prescriptions for outpatients in the Department of SHI's traumatology between January 2019 and December 2022 were collected and sorted out to select prescriptions that met inclusion criteria,and a prescription information database was established by Microsoft Excel.Microsoft Excel was used to analyze the number and proportion of patients,the used frequency of drugs,and dose distribution of drugs.SPSS Statistics 25.0 was used for clustering analysis of high-frequency drugs;SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used for association rule analysis of Chinese medicines.Results:After screening,a total of 1 013 prescriptions were included,involving 340 Chinese medicines.The frequently used Chinese medicines were Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae),Huangqi(Radix Astragali),Hujisheng(Herba Visci),Danshen(Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Duhuo(Radix Angelicae Pubescentis),etc.The most frequently used medicinal property was warm,the most frequently used medicinal flavor was bitter,and the most frequently used tropism meridian was liver meridian.According to the classification of drug efficacy,the most frequently used Chinese medicines were for dispelling wind-dampness.The Chinese medicine with the largest used dosage was Yiyiren(Semen Coicis)(24 g).According to the analysis of drug association rules,the drug combination with the highest confidence level was Huangqi(Radix Astragali seu Hedysari)-Jiangcan(Bombyx Batryticatus).Cluster analysis identified 7 effective cluster groups,and the potential new prescriptions were composed of Shenjincao(Herba Lycopodii),Jixueteng(Caulis Spatholobi),and Mugua(Fructus Chaenomelis).Conclusion:The treatment of lumbar disc herniation in SHI's traumatology is primarily based on the principle of eliminating phlegm-dampness and regulating Qi(气)and blood,reflecting the concept of"combining with pathogenic factors",supplemented by warming and tonifying method,which aligns with the pathogenesis of"phlegm and blood stasis hinder the Qi movement,causing disease".关键词
