基于知识图谱可视化的肉豆蔻研究现状与热点分析
The current status and hotspots of research on Roudoukou based on knowledge graph visualization

Abstract
Objective:To comprehensively analyze the current status and hotspots of clinical research on Roudoukou(Semen Myristicae)by CiteSpace,in order to explore its cutting-edge trends.Methods:Literatures on Roudoukou-related studies were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,Web of Science,and PubMed database,supplemented by manual retrieval to obtain studies related to Roudoukou up to October 31,2023.The literatures were screened by NoteExpress 3.0 software to establish a relevant database.Through bibliometric and statistical methods,the basic information of the collected literatures(such as publication time,authors,research institutions,and keywords)was extracted to carry out hotspot analysis of Roudoukou-related studies by CiteSpace 6.3 software.Results:A total of 740 papers were included,including 487 Chinese papers and 253 English papers.The visualization results showed that the current research hotspots in both Chinese papers and English papers mainly focused on the fields of components and pharmacological effects,including myristyl ether,antimicrobial activity,eugenol,and DNA damage pathway,etc.Longitudinally speaking,the overall publication volume showed an upward trend,with multiple peaks in the 2020s.Horizontally speaking,research institutions with significant influence at home and abroad included Inner Mongolia Medical University,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Peking University,and Yonsei University,etc.Among the researchers,JIA Tianzhu,YUAN Zimin,Bakarnga-via lssakou,and Boyom Fabrice Fekam showed high influences.Conclusion:The research on Roudoukou is increasing day by day,mainly involving fields such as chemical components,and pharmacological effects.However,on the whole,there are also obvious shortcomings,mainly including fewer new clinical application results,and more room for the development and application of new drugs.In addition,it is necessary to strengthen cooperation among authors,institutions,and regions,and focus on exploring the preparation of new drugs on the basis of the existing clear pharmacological effects.关键词
