藏医治疗"碴嚓乃"与"隆嚓乃"的药物配伍规律研究
A study on the drug compatibility rules of Tibetan medicine in treating"Cha cha nai"and"Long cha nai"

Abstract
Objective:To explore the compatibility rules and pharmacological mechanisms of Tibetan medicine for the treatment of gynecological diseases based on drug compatibility ideas for the treatment of gynecological diseases,providing more reference for clinical practice.Methods:The prescriptions for treating gynecological diseases such as"Cha cha nai"and"Long cha nai"in classic works of Tibetan medicine,such as Sibu Yidian(《四部医典》),Collection of Tibetan Medicine Prescriptions(《藏药方剂大全》),and Encyclopedia of Tibetan Medicinal Materials in China(《中国藏药材大全》),were collected to establish a relevant database by Microsoft Excel 2019.The drug used frequency analysis,drug cluster analysis,and drug association rule analysis were performed by relevant softwares such as IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0.Results:A total of 114 prescriptions for the treatment of gynecological disease"Cha cha nai"were collected from these ancient literature,involving 1 404 drugs,of which 17 drugs were used not less than 21 times,and the top five were Hezi(Fructus Chebulae)(51 times),Chuanmuxiang(Radix Vladimiriae)(39 times),Zada Shaji(Hippophae rhamnoides)(36 times),Zanghonghua(Stigma Croci)(35 times),and Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis)(34 times).According to studies on the theory of"medicinal flavor-medicinal property-transformed flavor"in Tibetan medicine,it was found that the medicinal flavors of drugs in prescriptions were mainly sweet and bitter,and the medicinal property of drugs in prescriptions was mostly cool.The association rule analysis showed that the core drug combinations with higher use frequencies were Hezi-Yuganzi(Phyllanthus emblica),Maohezi(Fructus Terminaliae Billericae)-Yuganzi,Zada Shaji-Glauber's salt,etc.The cluster analysis showed that drugs could be divided into four categories according to different intercepts.There were additionally 97 prescriptions for treating gynecological disease"Long cha nai",involving 1 300 drugs.Among them,16 drugs were used not less than 18 times,and the top five were Roudoukou(Semen Myristicae)(41 times),Baidoukou(Fructus Amomi Rotundus)(41 times),Hezi(40 times),Ganjiang(36 times),and Bibo(Fructus Piperis Longi)(34 times).The medicinal flavors of drugs in prescriptions were mainly pungency and sweet,and the medicinal property was mostly warm.The association rule analysis showed that the core drug combinations with higher used frequencies were Baidoukou-Dingxiang(Flos Caryophylli),Ganjiang-Hujiao(Fructus Piperis),Bibo-Hujiao,etc.The cluster analysis showed that drugs could be divided into four categories according to different intercepts.Conclusions:The medicinal flavors of drugs for treating gynecological disease"Cha cha nai"in Tibetan medicine are mainly a combination of sweet and bitter.This disease belongs to the category of febrile diseases,so the proportion of bitter flavor in the prescription is relatively large,reflecting the characteristics of bitter flavor in the treatment of febrile diseases.The medicinal flavors of drugs for treating"Long cha nai"in Tibetan medicine are mainly a combination of pungency and sweetness.According to statistics,the proportion of colth-property medicines for treating Peigen disease(培根病)is relatively high.The medicinal properties reflect the medication principle of"warmth within coolnes and coldness within warmth"in Tibetan medicine.关键词
