基于数据挖掘分析良性前列腺增生的专利用药规律
An analysis of medication rules of Chinese medicine compound patents on benign prostatic hyperplasia based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the medication rules of Chinese medicine compound patents on benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH),so as to provide a reference for the treatment of BPH in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The Chinese medicine compound patents from inception to February 20,2024 for intervening in BPH were retrieved from the China National Intellectual Property Asministration by computer.The use frequency,medicinal property,medicinal taste,and tropism meridian of medicines contained in Chinese medicine compound patent were analyzed by Excel 2019 and the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform v2.3.9.The hidden structure analysis,association rule analysis,and complex network community analysis were conducted by Lantern 5.0,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,and Gephi 0.10.1 respectively.Results:A total of 350 Chinese medicine compound patents were included,involving 630 Chinese medicines.High frequency medicines included Huangqi(Radix Astragali),Danshen(Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae),Fuling(Poria),etc.The efficacy of included chinese medicines mainly focus on tonifying Qi(气)and activating blood,and clearing heat and removing dampness.The four Qi of chinese medicines were mainly moderate-property,cool-property,and warm-property,and the five flavors of chinese medicines were mainly sweet,bitter,and pungent,which were mostly absorbed by liver meridian and kidney meridian.A total of 18 couplet medicine combinations and 8 tripartite medicine combinations were obtained by the association rule analysis,5 hidden variables were obtained from the hidden structure analysis,and 3 core medicine groups was obtained from the community analysis.Conclusion:The intervention of national Chinese medicine compound patents on BPH mainly starts from the core pathogenesis of"kidney deficiency as the root cause,blood stasis and dampness-heat as the symptoms,and blood stasis running through the entire course of the disease",emphasizing"unblocking"as the basic point,focusing on the core treatment methods of tonifying Qi to strengthen kidney,activating blood to remove blood stasis,and clearing heat to remove dampness,so as to dredge bladder to promote urination.关键词
