基于文献数据挖掘探析缓慢性心律失常中医证型与证素分布规律
The distribution patterns of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types and syndrome elements of bradyarrhythmia based on literature data mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore the distribution patterns of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome types and syndrome elements in patients with bradyarrhythmia in China based on literature data mining.Methods:Chinese core and scientific core journal studies related to TCM on bradyarrhythmia were retrieved from CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang databases from the inception to May 31,2024.Studies that met the inclusion criteria were selected,and the TCM syndrome types,syndrome location elements,and syndrome nature elements were extracted to establish a database.Descriptive statistics and association rule analysis were used to analyze the distribution patterns of TCM syndrome types and syndrome elements of bradyarrhythmia.Results:A total of 116 studies involving 5 933 patients with bradyarrhythmia were included.The more common TCM syndromes were the Yang(阳)deficiency with blood stasis syndrome,the heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,and the Qi(气)and Yin(阴)deficiency syndrome.Ten syndrome nature elements were extracted,among which six were excess syndrome elements,the more frequent ones were blood stasis,phlegm stasis,Qi stagnation,and cold coagulation.There were 4 deficiency syndrome elements,most of which were Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency.The association rule analysis identified 25 combinations of syndrome elements.Among them,the combination of"blood stasis-Yang deficiency"had the highest support degree,indicating that this combination was the most common;the combination of syndrome nature element with the highest confidence was"Qi deficiency-blood deficiency".Four syndrome location elements were identified,namely heart,kidney,liver,and spleen.The most common single syndrome location element was heart,and the most common combination of two syndrome location elements was heart and kidney.Conclusion:The TCM syndrome types of bradyarrhythmia are complex and diverse.The syndrome elements are mainly Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency,with phlegm and blood stasis as the superficial symptoms.Multiple syndrome elements often interact to cause the disease,with syndrome locations mainly in the heart and kidney,and involving the liver and spleen.关键词
