基于数据挖掘探析田雪飞教授治疗原发性肝癌的用药规律
The medication rule of Professor TIAN Xuefei in the treatment of primary liver cancer based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore Professor TIAN Xuefei's medication rules in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods:By collecting Professor TIAN Xuefei's outpatient traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for treating primary liver cancer from April 2020 to April 2024,a data sheet was established by Excel,and relevant data was entered the sheet.The ancient and modern medical case cloud platform 2.3.9 was used for statistical analysis,including drug association analysis,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis.Results:A total of 281 prescriptions were included,involving 198 Chinese medicines,with a total used frequency of 5 782 times.The main clinical manifestations were poor appetite,dry mouth,abdominal distension,bitter taste in the mouth,rib pain,insomnia,chilliness,and frequent nocturia.The medicinal properties were mainly cold,warm,and moderate,with bitter,sweet,and pungent tastes predominating.The meridian affiliations were mainly spleen meridian,liver meridian,lung meridian,and stomach meridian.The top 5 most frequently used Chinese medicines were Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri),Biejia(Carapax Trionycis),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),and Taoren(Semen Persicae).Among them,Gancao had the highest used frequency.The top 3 efficacy categories were tonifying deficiency medicines,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicines,and clearing heat medicines.The top 5 high used frequency drug combinations were Taoren-Biejia,Biejia-Chaihu,Chaihu-Taoren,Chaihu-Baishao,and Tubiechong(Eupolyphaga Seu Steleophaga)-Biejia.Through the cluster analysis,5 groups of drug combinations were yielded.Through the complex network analysis,11 key Chinese medicines were identified,including Gancao,Chaihu,Biejia,Taoren,Baishao,Tubiechong,Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis),Houpo(Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis),Bihu(Gekkonidae),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),and Fuzi(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata),which constituted the core prescription framework for the treatment of liver cancer by Professor TIAN.Conclusion:Professor TIAN Xuefei's treatment of primary liver cancer closely focuses on the core pathogenesis of"accumulation due to middle energizer deficiency".The professor adopts the treatment principle of strengthening the body's resistance and eliminating pathogens,with equal emphasis on attacking and tonifying,particularly emphasizes the application of Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,as well as insect drugs.Strengthening the body mainly involves tonifying Qi(气)and generating blood,while attacking pathogens focuses on clearing heat and detoxifying,resolving phlegm and dispersing nodules,and promoting blood circulation to disperse blood stasis.This reflects a multi-target,multi-pathway,and comprehensive treatment strategy for liver cancer.关键词
