中医药调控微小核糖核酸治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的研究进展
A review on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease by regulating miRNA

Abstract
In recent years,cardiovascular diseases in China have exhibited a trend of younger onset,with both the incidence rate and decease rate showing an annual increase.The interaction between metabolic disorders such as hypertension,hyperlipidemia,and diabetes and cardiovascular diseases is becoming increasingly prominent,posing a serious threat to public health and emerging as the leading cause of mortality.Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)represents a major public health challenge globally.Existing research has confirmed that miRNAs and their homologous molecules are closely related to various cardiovascular diseases,where they play pivotal roles in disease progression and are particularly important in CHD,involving the diagnosis,prognosis,and treatment of CHD.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has demonstrated unique advantages and definite therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of CHD,earning widespread application in clinical diagnosis and treatment.However,the underlying mechanism is incompletely elucidated.Current experimental studies on its related molecular biological mechanisms have shown that TCM participates in the regulation of miRNAs in the treatment of CHD,which is closely linked to inflammatory responses,apoptosis,pyroptosis,angiogenesis,and other pathological processes of the body.Furthermore,the exploration of the microscopic essence of miRNA in different TCM syndrome types of CHD has provided substantial evidence,further demonstrating the broad application prospects of miRNA.In this paper,the diagnostic and therapeutic roles of miRNA expression on CHD and the mechanistic research on TCM treatment of CHD are summarized based on relevant literature,aiming to provide certain theoretical basis for intervening CHD in TCM from the genetic perspective,provide ideas for enriching therapeutic strategies and developing new drugs,and further promote the application and advancement of TCM in the prevention and treatment of CHD.关键词
