应用消浊化石汤治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效分析
An analysis of the clinical efficacy of Xiaozhuo Huashi decoction on upper urinary calculi

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of The Xiaozhuo Huashi decoction(消浊化石汤)in the treatment of upper urinary calculi.Methods:A total of 91 patients with upper urinary calculi of the lower energizer heat-dampness syndrome admitted to Shanghai Pudong New Area Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into the treatment group(45 cases)and the control group(46 cases)according to the random number table method.The treatment group was treated with The Xiaozhuo Huashi decoction,while the control group was treated with the Paishi granules(排石颗粒).Both groups took 8 weeks as a course of treatment.Before and after the treatment,researchers observed the clinical symptoms,the size and location of calculi and other efficacy indicator of patients in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the average cross-sectional area of calculi in the treatment group was reduced by(0.13±0.36)cm2,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total efficiency of calculi removal was higher than the control group,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of ameliorating symptoms such as lumbar and abdominal colic,lumbar abdominal dull pain,painful urination,the effect in the treatment group was better than the the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xiaozhuo Huashi decoction shows certain advantages in reducing the cross-sectional area of calculi.It can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms such as lumbar and abdominal colic,lumbar abdominal dull pain,and painful urination of patients,and is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical treatment of upper urinary calculi.关键词
