不同中医外治法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的研究概况
A review on different traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of diabetes has been increasing year by year.Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN),as one of the most common complications of diabetes patients,seriously affects their quality of life.Without timely intervention,as the progression of the disease,patients may experience muscle strength decline,muscle atrophy,and even foot ulcers,which can lead to amputation and other serious consequences in severe cases.The etiology and pathogenesis of DPN in Western medicine are not yet clear.Research suggests that DPN is mainly caused by multiple factors such as abnormal polyol metabolism,oxidative stress damage,and microcirculation disorders caused by long-term hyperglycemia.In terms of treatment,it mainly relies on symptomatic treatments such as controlling blood glucose,antioxidants,neurotrophic drugs,and ameliorating microcirculation to alleviate various sensory abnormalities such as numbness,formication,burning pain,and pricking pain in patients.The short-term effect is acceptable,but the long-term efficacy is not satisfactory.With the development of evidence-based medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects in the treatment of DPN,and gradually accumulated rich clinical evidence,forming a comprehensive treatment system with various intervention methods such as Chinese medicine fumigation,acupoint application,acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint injection,and massage.Based on the principle of dredging meridians,harmonizing Qi(气)and blood,warming Yang(阳)to disperse cold,the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine directly acts on the lesion sites or meridian system through skin,acupoints and so on.It has the advantages of simple operation,direct action,few adverse reactions,and also avoids the problem of unstable absorption of oral drugs in patients with diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction.In this study,the current research status of different traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods for treating DPN is expounded systematically,in order to provide more ideas and theoretical basis for the treatment of DPN.关键词
