从甘守津还理论探讨糖尿病的辨治思路
Discussion on the diagnosis and treatment ideas of diabetes mellitus based on the theory of sweet Chinese medicinals maintaining and restoring body fluids

Abstract
Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a chronic metabolic disease with long-term hyperglycemia as the main pathological manifestation,which is under the category of"wasting-thirst"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).As a representative disease in traditional Chinese medicine,consuming thirst can be traced back to the times of Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),in which the symptoms and etiology of DM had been initially discussed,and the core pathogenesis of the disease is considered to be"Yin(阴)deficiency and dryness-heat".Doctors of past dynasties mostly treated the disease from the perspective of nourishing Yin and clearing heat,forming a relatively perfect syndrome differentiation treatment system.However,with the great changes in the lifestyle of modern society,people's dietary structure has gradually tended to be high-calorie,high-fat,reduced physical activity,and increased mental stress,and the pathological evolution of wasting-thirst has also presented new features.Clinical studies have found that"spleen deficiency and body fluid insufficiency"often coexists with the traditional understanding of"Yin deficiency and dryness-heat",and the two influence each other,and further aggravating the condition.Against this background,the theory of"sweet Chinese medicinals maintaining and restoring body fluids"proposed by YE Gui,a famous TCM master of warm diseases in the Qing dynasty,highlights its important value more and more.This theory takes sweet Chinese medicinals as the core,regulates the spleen and stomach Qi(气)circulation by the nourishing properties of sweet Chinese medicinals,restores the normal metabolic balance of body fluids,so as to achieve the purpose of treating diseases.In this study,focusing on the theory of"sweet Chinese medicinals maintaining and restoring body fluids",the theoretical basis is deeply discussed,its intrinsic connection with classical theories of TCM is excavated,and its clinical application value is analyzed.In addition,the unique advantages and broad application prospects are comprehensively elaborated from four perspectives,namely,sweet-warmth benefiting the stomach and cultivating earth,sweet-acidity softening the liver to nourish Yin,sweet-moderateness coordinating the heart and kidneys,and sweet-coldness promoting body fluid production to nourish the lungs,providing a new perspective and feasible ideas for the prevention and treatment of DM in TCM,so as to promote the further development of TCM in the treatment of DM.关键词
