六味地黄丸联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病性骨质疏松症的临床研究
A clinical study on treating type 2 diabetic osteoporosis with Liuwei Dihuang Wan plus metformin

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Liuwei Dihuang Wan(六味地黄丸)plus metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetic osteoporosis treated in Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were included and divided into the control group and the study group with 30 patients respectively according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with metformin tablets on the basis of hypoglycemic and calcium supplements,while the study group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Wan on the basis of the treatment in the control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the amelioration of TCM syndrome scores in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).The total efficiency in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone metabolism index analysis showed that serum PINP,blood Ca,and 25-hydroxy vitamin D in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),ALP and β-CTX was lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),but there were no statistically significant differences between the groups(P>0.05).The glucose metabolism index analysis showed that fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and HbA1c in the two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the fasting blood glucose level in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liuwei Dihuang Wan plus metformin can effectively ameliorate bone metabolism and glucose metabolism indexes in patients with type 2 diabetic osteoporosis.Compared with metformin alone,Liuwei Dihuang Wan plus metformin can more effectively alleviate clinical symptoms such as bone pain and dry mouth,ameliorate TCM syndromes,reduce gastrointestinal adverse reactions,and is worthy of promoting.关键词
