闻喜思净藏香对模式菌株及空气中微生物的抑制作用
Research on the effect of Wenxi Sijing Tibetan incense in the disinfection of medical laboratories

Abstract
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of Wenxi Sijing Tibetan incense on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria using Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli as model strains,followed by evaluation of its microbial suppression capacity in air.Methods S.aureus and E.coli were diluted and spread on agar plates under sterile conditions.Incense burning was conducted at different durations to observe changes in colony numbers and sizes.Airborne bacterial analysis combined with 16S rRNA gene sequencing was performed in a closed laboratory setting to evaluate the incense's antibacterial efficacy through culturable bacterial count,spe-cies diversity,and taxonomic relationships.Results The study revealed that two hours of incense burning a-chieved a 33.75％inhibition rate against gram-negative bacteria(P＜0.05),with certain effect on gram-posi-tive bacteria.Although S.aureus numbers remained stable,their colonies significantly shrank over time.Air-borne bacterial suppression showed a 95.11％inhibition rate after two hours,reducing bacterial species from 25 to 3 types while decreasing pathogenic and opportunistic pathogens.Conclusion Wenxi Sijing Tibetan incense demonstrates consistent inhibitory effects on both model strains and airborne microorganisms following incense burning.The research results provide a reference for scientific incense burning and lay a foundation for the appli-cation of this Tibetan incense in the development of air disinfection products.关键词
