摘要

Abstract

Objective This study explores the effect of Dendrobium nobile Lindl.alkaloids(DNLA)on the gut microbiota of normal mice.Methods Kunming mice were randomly assigned to the normal control group(Con-trol),the low-dose DNLA group(15 mg/kg),and the high-dose DNLA group(30 mg/kg),and were adminis-tered orally for 7 days.The bacteria DNA was extracted,and 16S rRNA sequencing was performed.Moreover,the intestinal bacteria genes were verified by RT-qPCR with specific microbiome primers.Results High dose of DNLA increased Firmcutes/Bacteriodetes(40%)at the Phylum level;DNLA also increased clostridiaceae,de-halobacteriaceae,enterobacteriaceae,odoribacteraceae and streptococcaceae,etc.at the family level;at the ge-nus level,DNLA increased Prevotella;at the species/gene level,DNLA increased R.bacterium,Prevotella,Blautia coccoide and Bacteroides fragilis and decreased Fusobacterium nucleatum and Clostridium coccoides(P<0.05).Conclusion DNLA could affect gut microbiota in normal mice,which could be important for DNLA to exert beneficial effects through microbiota-gut-brain axis,or microbiota-gut-liver axis.
