虎杖膏促进肛周脓肿术后创面肉芽组织生长的病理原因探索
Clinical and pathological study of Polygonum cuspidatum ointment on promo-ting granulation growth of wound surface after perianal abscess operation

Abstract
Objective Exploring the pathological basis and mechanisms of Polygonum cuspidatum ointment pro-moting granulation tissue growth in postoperative wounds of perianal abscess from a pathological perspective.Methods 86 patients who underwent radical surgery for low perianal abscess were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 43 patients in each group.The experimental group used Polygonum cuspi-datum ointment for dressing change after surgery,while the control group used white Vaseline for dressing change after surgery.21 days after surgery,granulation tissue was trimmed according to the wound condition,and HE staining was performed on the granulation tissue.The inflammatory cell scores,fibroblast count,epidermal cell growth score,and microvascular density were compared between the two groups of granulation tissue.Results There was no significant difference in the scoring of inflammatory cell types between the two groups of granulation tissue.The inflammatory cell count score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the con-trol group.The fibroblast count,epidermal cell growth score,and microvascular density in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Polygonum cuspidatum ointment is beneficial for normal growth and differentiation of granu-lation tissue in perianal abscess wounds,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.关键词
