植物源农药香芹酚水剂对茶小绿叶蝉的杀虫活性及茶树安全性评价
Insecticidal Activity of Botanical Pesticide Carvacrol Aqueous Solution Against Empoasca pirisuga Matumura and Safety Evaluation of Tea Plant
摘要
Abstract
In order to promote the green and safe production of tea,reduce the use of chemical pesticides,and protect the ecological environ-ment of tea garden.The toxicity and field efficacy of botanical pesticide carvacrol aqueous solution to Empoasca pirisuga Matumura were evalua-ted by indoor drop method combined with field spray method,and the safety evaluation of the medicine on tea tree was also carried out.Toxicity bioassay showed that the LC50 and LC90 values of carvacrol water agent on Empoasca pirisuga Matumura were 13.894 5 and 61.631 6 mg/L;field efficacy trial showed that the active ingredient dosage of 5％carvacrol water agent was 112.5-135.0 g/hm2,which had a good control effect,and could reach more than 89％after 7 d of treatment on the Empoasca pirisuga Matumura.According to the results of botanical pesti-cide carvacrol aqueous solution agent had excellent control effect on Empoasca pirisuga Matumura both the toxicity and field efficacy,and had the characteristics of high quick-acting and long-lasting effect.It was safe for tea trees and tea leaves,and was environmentally friendly.It is suitable for popularization and application in the control of Empoasca pirisuga Matumura.关键词
