Effects of Combined Application of Soil Conditioner and Inoculants on Soil Properties and Tobacco Growth

Abstract
[Objective]To verify the effects of combined application of soil conditioner and inoculants on soil properties and tobacco growth.[Method]A pot experiment was conducted with eight treatments and nine replications,including no fertilization(T1),conventional fertiliza-tion(T2),conventional fertilization+powder conditioner(T3),conventional fertilization+powder conditioner+composite bacteria(T4),conventional fertilization+powder conditioner+photosynthetic bacteria(T5),conventional fertilization+granular conditioner(T6),conven-tional fertilization+granular conditioner+composite bacteria(T7),conventional fertilization+granular conditioner+photosynthetic bacteria(T8).Samples were collected at jointing,late topping and mature stage to observe the response of rhizosphere pH,agronomic traits,biological quality,mineral nitrogen and nitrogen content of tobacco leaf to dosage forms and inoculants.[Result]At jointing stage,the highest pH of rhi-zosphere soil was under T4.At late topping stage,the pH of rhizosphere soil increased to the highest value.The rhizosphere ammonium nitro-gen content decreased under T4 and T5 by 37.6%and 19.9%relative to the T2,and by 38.9%and 22.9%relative to the T3,respectively.Granular conditioner promoted the formation and accumulation of nitrate nitrogen in the rhizosphere,and the combined application of soil con-ditioner and inoculants showed a synergistic strengthening effect.The total amount of mineral nitrogen in the rhizosphere at the late topping stage was in the order of T8>T7>T4>T6>T5>T3>T2>T1,while it was T2>T1>T5>T4>T3>T7>T8>T6 at mature stage.The combined application of soil conditioner and inoculants,especially powder and photosynthetic bactericide,improved the agronomic traits and leaf biomass formation of tobacco,significantly.The combination of soil conditioner and inoculants affected the nitrogen content and distri-bution of tobacco leaves,the conditioner powder promoted the nitrogen absorption of middle leaves at late topping stage,and the granular con-ditioner increased the nitrogen content of upper leaves at maturity stage.The combination of powder conditioner and photosynthetic bacteria had the most significant effect on acid modification,while the combination of granular conditioner and bacteria significantly increased the accumula-tion of mineral nitrogen in the rhizosphere at jointing and late topping stages,and decreased the supply of mineral nitrogen at maturity stage.[Conclusion]The combination of soil conditioner and photosynthetic bacteria was conducive to acid modification and tobacco growth,and the selection of soil conditioner dosage forms should be further optimized based on the effect of tobacco leaf quality.关键词
