摘要

Abstract

[Objective]In order to study the effects of density and base fertilizer on the yield and tuber weight of Aconitum georgei Comber.,the appropriate cultivation density,application type and dosage of base fertilizer were determined.[Method]Orthogonal design L16(44)was used to study the effects of different density(A)and base fertilizer(compound fertilizer B,organic fertilizer C,biological fertilizer D)on the yield,root multiplication ratio and tuber weight of A.georgei.[Result]Analysis of variance(ANOVA)on the effects of different factors showed that all four factors had a highly significant influence on the yield of A.georgei.The order of their impact magnitude was A>C>B>D,suitable levels of each factor promoted yield increase;factor A(density)had a highly significant influence on the tuber propagation coefficient,excessive density led to a decrease in the tuber propagation coefficient,factor C(organic fertilizer)had a significant influence,applying organic fertilizer increased the tuber propagation coefficient;factors A,B and C had a highly significant influence on tuber weight,tuber weight de-creased with increasing planting density,suitable application of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer increased the tuber weight of A.geor-gei.[Conclusion]The optimal treatment combination was 15 cm× 15 cm,450 kg/hm2 of compound fertilizer,45,000 kg/hm2 of organic fertilizer and 180 kg/hm2 of biological fertilizer.
