Textual Quantification Study on Guangxi's Agricultural Science and Technology Policies from the Perspective of Policy Tools

Abstract
At present,there is a lack of research on agricultural science and technology policies at the regional level in China.Research on regional agricultural science and technology policies is conducive to the progress of agricultural technology.Therefore,based on the perspec-tive of policy tools,this paper takes the agricultural science and technology policies of Guangxi as the research object and constructs a two-di-mensional analysis framework of"policy tool-policy themes".It has been found that there are situations in Guangxi's agricultural science and technology policies,such as an imbalance in the structure of policy tool usage,an unbalanced policy network structure,insufficient service by the main role of policy formulation subjects,and an unreasonable distribution of policy themes.Therefore,four measures are proposed to opti-mize the structure of agricultural science and technology policy tools in Guangxi,strengthen the network connection of agricultural science and technology policies in Guangxi,enhance the role of government policy-making and services,and strengthen the systematic construction of agri-cultural science and technology policies in Guangxi,in order to improve the agricultural science and technology policy system in Guangxi and promote the progress of agricultural science and technology in Guangxi.关键词
