ChatGPT在医学生课程教学中的应用与思考

Abstract
With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence(AI),the application of large language models in education has garnered significant attention,demonstrating both great potential and challenges in medical student training.Maximizing their benefits while mitigating potential issues has become a key concern for both teachers and students.This study,based on a carefully designed questionnaire,analyzes medical students'awareness,willingness to use,and intended applications of ChatGPT,covering majors of basic medicine,clinical pharmacy,public administration,and health law.It systematically summarizes ChatGPT's typical applications in medical education,including assisting with medical English learning,personalized tutoring,medical computing and programming,knowledge expansion,and supporting educators in lesson planning,grading,and test creation.Additionally,it explores key challenges such as access restrictions,potential impacts on students'skill development,and academic integrity risks,while proposing solutions such as optimizing prompt usage,establishing an integrated curriculum,implementing project-based learning,and adopting diverse assessment methods.The findings indicate that the proper use of large language models can enrich educational resources and enhance learning efficiency,but potential risks must be carefully managed.Through effective strategic guidance,AI and traditional teaching methods can be synergistically integrated,providing valuable insights for medical education reform and fostering innovation in medical training.关键词
