摘要

Abstract

In order to enhance UV resistance,antioxidant activity and good dyeability of wool fabrics,hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin modified magnetic nano ferroferric oxide(Fe3O4)functionalized wool fabric was con-structed by using the wool fabric as carrier and lipoic acid(LA)as coupling agent.The modified wool was char-acterized by FT-ATR and SEM/EDS,and the effects of different amounts of lipoic acid on the physical and me-chanical properties,water resistance,wrinkle resistance,UV resistance,oxidation resistance and dyeing proper-ties of the modified wool fabric were discussed.The results showed that the surface of the modified wool fiber was obviously coarser than that of the untreated wool fabric,and the hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin modified magnetic nanoparticles were deposited and fixed on the fiber surface by lipoic acid anchorage.With the increase of the a-mount of lipoic acid,the surface contact angle,elasticity,anti-violet and antioxidant activity of the modified wool fabric improved.The surface color depth value of the modified wool fabric increased after dyeing with curcu-min and acid scarlet.This process was easy to operate and provided a good way to realize ecological dyeing of wool fabric.
