Abstract
Phthalocyanine blue solvent dyes are extensively used in aluminized transfer films for textile.In this paper,aluminized transfer films and bronzing fabrics were prepared by using Solvent Blue 44(SB 44),Sol-vent Blue 48(SB 48)and Solvent Blue 70(SB 70),and the influence of dye structures on their properties was investigated.The results indicated that the solvent resistance of the transfer films of the three dyes reached more than 10 times and the peeling strength before aluminum plating was 4.0 N/m~4.5 N/m.The peel strength of the transfer film of Solvent Blue 70 decreased significantly to 1.3 N/m and that of the other two decreased to about 3.5 N/m after aluminum plating.The compound adhesive strength(color-aluminum adhesive strength)between the color layer and the aluminum layer in the transfer films colored with SB 44 or SB 48 was deemed acceptable.The color fastness to washing and friction of the prepared bronzing fabrics was above grade 3.However,SB 70 failed to meet adhesion standards and was unable to prepare bronzing fabrics.Surface morphology and tension a-nalysis of the transfer film color layer showed that the distribution state of the dye on the transfer film surface and the polarity of the dye itself might be the key factors contributing to the color-aluminum adhesive strength of the transfer film.关键词
