Revisiting the Valuation of Virtual Network Property
摘要
Abstract
With the advancement of Internet technology,the valuation of virtual network property has become a hot and challenging topic in legal research.Currently,there are numerous discrepancies in the theory and practice of online virtual property valuation.Through an analysis of existing valuation methods,it is evident that each method has its applicable scenarios and limitations,so new valuation methods should be introduced.Within the framework of Marx's labor theory of value,the formation of the value of virtual network property is closely related to the digital labor of users and operators.Therefore,labor elements should be fully considered in the valuation.Given the variations in labor elements across different types of virtual network property,it is necessary to categorize virtual network property and establish a differentiated valuation system.关键词
