Abstract
In the context of rural revitalization,entrepreneurship among returning migrant workers has become a cru-cial indicator for assessing the level of rural talent revitalization and the effectiveness of rural governance.Drawing on 373 field survey data from Anhui Province,this study investigates the factors influencing the entrepreneurial per-formance of returning migrant workers through three dimensions:entrepreneurial environment,enterprise character-istics,and enterprise lifecycle.Empirical findings reveal that infrastructure development in surrounding areas,en-trepreneurial atmosphere,enterprise operational models,and the duration of migrant workers'entrepreneurship exert significant positive impacts on entrepreneurial performance.Building on these findings and combined with empirical analysis,this paper proposes policy recommendations for local governments to enhance returning migrant workers'entrepreneurship practices through entrepreneurial skills training,policy support,and infrastructure development.关键词
