论民国时期唐启宇对西北农垦建设的调查实践与理论探索
On Tang Qiyu's Investigation and Theoretical Exploration of Northwest Agricultural Reclamation during the Republic of China Period
摘要
Abstract
Tang Qiyu was a renowned expert in agricultural reclamation during the Republic of China period.Amid the fervor of"developing the northwest"during this era,he conducted two field investigations into the construction of the northwest agricultural reclamation project.Based on extensive data,he profoundly understood that the north-west agricultural reclamation project was a unique enterprise that combined the interests of the government and the settlers.Therefore,aiming to create a northwest agricultural reclamation project that satisfied the mutual interests of the government and the settlers,he systematically designed a construction plan from two perspectives:promoting the development of agricultural reclamation productivity and improving the allocation of agricultural reclamation re-sources.Tang Qiyu's approach to resolving the conflicts of interests between the government and the settlers still holds certain relevance for today's northwest agricultural reclamation project.关键词
