畅通劳动力流动与家庭消费:基于户籍改革的视角
Facilitating Labor Mobility and Household Consumption:A Perspective Based on Hukou Reform

Abstract
Based on data from the China Household Finance Survey(CHFS)and urban hukou threshold indicators,this study examines the impact and mechanisms of relaxing labor hukou re-strictions on household consumption.The results show that increasing the level of urban labor hukou openness significantly promotes household consumption.This effect is primarily mediated through multiple channels,including the citizenization of migrant populations,improvements in production efficiency,and enhanced provision of public services.Moreover,the loosening of huk-ou restrictions for ordinary employment pathways exerts a more pronounced stimulative effect on consumption than policies targeting talent recruitment.In light of these findings,it is recommen-ded that local governments continue to deepen hukou system reform,with a particular focus on lowering the entry threshold for ordinary laborers,enhancing the allocative efficiency of labor mobility,expanding the supply of public services,and strengthening financial support systems.These efforts are essential to unlocking the full potential of household consumption and promo-ting a demand-driven growth model.关键词
