Advances in the application of artificial intelligence in immunotherapy for colorectal cancer
摘要
Abstract
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignancies worldwide,and significant progress has been made in its immunotherapy in recent years.With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence,particularly deep learning and machine learning methods,artificial intelligence has become a vital tool for enhancing the precision and personalization of immunotherapy for colorectal cancer.Currently,multiple applications of artificial intelligence in colorectal cancer immu-notherapy are emerging,including microsatellite instability prediction,tumor microenvironment analysis,tumor mutational burden analysis,liquid biopsy,immunotherapy response prediction,and the discovery of novel immunotherapy biomark-ers.By systematically reviewing recent research findings,this article analyzes the current applications of artificial intelli-gence in colorectal cancer immunotherapy and discusses existing challenges and future directions.This work aims to pro-vide theoretical support and practical guidance for the clinical application of immunotherapy in colorectal cancer,thereby promoting further development in this field.关键词
