奥曲肽用于预防直肠癌患者术后延迟性肠麻痹的研究
Study on Octreotide in preventing prolonged postoperative ileus after rectal cancer surgery

Abstract
Objectives To study the efficacy of Octreotide in preventing prolonged postoperative ileus in rectal cancer pa-tients.Methods A total of 120 rectal cancer patients admitted between January 2023 and October 2024 at Shanghai Fifth People's Hospital,Fudan University were randomized into an experimental group(n=60)and a control group(n=60).Both groups received standard perioperative care.The experimental group additionally received Octreotide(0.1 mg subcutaneously every 8 hours)for 3 days starting on postoperative day 1.Primary outcomes included prolonged postop-erative ileus incidence and serological markers(peripheral blood leukocyte,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,interleukin-6)preoperative and postoperative day 3.Results The prolonged postoperative ileus incidence was significantly lower in the experimental group(8.3％)than in the control group(23.3％,P＜0.05).Preoperatively,there was no statistically sig-nificant difference for peripheral blood leukocyte,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin and interleukin-6 levels between the ex-perimental group and the control group(P＞0.05).On postoperative day 3,peripheral blood C-reactive protein,procalcito-nin,interleukin-6 levels in both groups and peripheral blood leukocyte levels in the control group increased,with statisti-cally significant differences(P＜0.05);peripheral blood C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);and there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of peripheral blood leukocyte and procalcitonin levels in the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Octreotide can mitigates postoperative inflammation and reduces preventing prolonged post-operative incidence in rectal cancer patients.关键词
