Abstract
Visual measurement,as an innovative technology integrating computer vision and structural deformation monitoring,is an important component of the intelligent monitoring system in the era of industrial Internet of Things.Aims at the problems of the limitations of contact measurement technology and the insufficient real-time monitoring ability existing in the traditional monitoring methods for the inclination of wind turbine towers.It proposes a dynamic vision monitoring system based on fixed industrial cameras.By setting up high-precision optical target arrays on the surfaces of multiple sections of the tower and using industrial cameras to construct a distributed vision network,The millimeter-level analysis of the deformation characteristics of the tower cylinder is achieved by combining sub-pixel image processing technology.The monitoring system transmits data in real time through the edge computing module and establishes a multi-dimensional evaluation model.Engineering applications show that the visual measurement accuracy can reach the millimeter level,enabling all-weather real-time monitoring and significantly improving efficiency compared to traditional measurement methods.The research has verified the technical advantages of visual measurement in the dynamic monitoring of large steel/concrete structures,providing a new solution for the intelligent operation and maintenance of wind power facilities.关键词
