Abstract
Project performance control is one of the core capabilities of engineering enterprises and the foundation for shaping the corporate brand image.Project performance planning is a key element of project performance control and the basis for achieving project goals.According to the current internal enterprise research of a certain group,most enterprises have a certain degree of attention to this aspect.However,in project management practice,the role played by project performance planning shows a significant gap.Based on personal work experience,the author discusses several typical problems that occur in project performance planning in different enterprises and studies how to effectively and efficiently play the role of project performance planning,providing a reference for improving the control level of the project performance process in enterprises.关键词
