Abstract
This article proposes a method for constructing a typical quality case library based on the SMART principle to address issues such as technical complexity and insufficient experience reuse in quality control of power engineering general contracting projects.By systematically sorting out quality issues throughout the project lifecycle,a multidimensional case model covering case description,cause analysis,corrective measures,and case insights is established to create a standardized process for engineering general contracting quality management work,form practical examples,and help promote the improvement of engineering quality management level.关键词
