Abstract
This article analyzes the characteristics and the problems faced in quality management of power generation EPC projects led by design institutes.It proposes the response strategies of the concept of"Begin with the End in Mind",Total Quality Management,Three dimensional quality management system,and control measures for design,procurement and materials,construction management.Good practical results have been achieved in the EPC project of the gas turbine engineering that the author participated in.关键词
