Abstract
China was among the first countries in the world to discover and utilize oil and natural gas.However,in the nearly hundred years preceding the founding of the People's Republic of China,the nation's poverty and backwardness caused the petroleum industry to develop with great difficulty.Since the establishment of the General Petroleum Administration under the Ministry of Fuel Industry in 1950,China's petroleum industry has undergone 75 years of evolution.Throughout this period,its management system and government oversight bodies have undergone multiple adjustments.The industry's development has broadly progressed through four major phases and steped four significant steps forward.In the new era,China's petroleum and petrochemical industry has continued to achieve remarkable advances.The growth of New China's petroleum industry represents an epic of struggle,carried out by generations of petroleum workers under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,inheriting the Daqing Spirit and the Iron Man Spirit,in resonance with the journey of our nation.In the new historical period,the petroleum and petrochemical sector faces both opportunities and challenges,while also bearing new missions and responsibilities.The industry will continue to uphold the Daqing Spirit embodying patriotism,entrepreneurship,pragmatism,and dedication—adhere to the fine traditions of self-reliance and hard work,persistently advance reform and opening-up as well as scientific and technological innovation,and strive tirelessly to forge new achievements under the guidance of XI Jinping's thoughts on energy revolution in the new era.关键词
