Abstract
The firm choice of swing states, the deep political engagement of the technological right, and the successful"reinvention"of the Republican Party are shaping new influences on Trump's second-term energy policy. It is driven by multiple motivations, including the strategic pursuit of energy dominance, the practical imperative to boost economic growth,energy-related constraints on the revitalization of the manufacturing sector, and the need to align with traditional energy interests.Currently, the framework for Trump's second-term energy policy is becoming clearer and has translated into a series of actionable initiatives, manifesting specifically through efforts to expand energy supply and exports, cut regulatory burdens, reverse the Green New Deal, and promote the development of future energy sources.Domestically,it is likely to enhance U.S.energy security and partially ease tensions between future energy supply and the energy transition. In the short term,it may improve returns on capital for the traditional energy industry, though it could also intensify structural risks within the energy market and undermine the credibility of U.S.capital globally.Internationally, the policy could weaken the climate governance capacity of international organizations, accelerate the restructuring of global energy supply chains, and slow the pace of the global energy transition.关键词
