Experience in Treating Decompensated Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease with Water Overflowing Due to Yang Deficiency Syndrome by Wuling Powder

Abstract
This article explained the basic approach of Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Lu'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in using Wuling powder to treat decompensated chronic pulmonary heart disease with water overflowing due to yang deficiency syndrome.Wuling Powder is a representative prescription in traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of edematous diseases.By following the teacher in clinical consultations,the author summarized and analyzed the thinking and methods of using Wuling powder in the treatment of decompensated chronic pulmonary heart disease from clinical cases.It is concluded that Wuling powder can be used as a basic prescription for treating decompensated chronic pulmonary heart disease with water overflowing due to yang deficiency syndrome,and its curative effect is quite good.关键词
