氨基酸-多糖-铜有机螯合物的干法制备工艺研究

Abstract
This study presents a dry preparation method for amino acid-polysaccharide-copper organic chelate,developed based on a proprietary patented technology.The process involves a two-step vacuum-assisted chelation,where DL-methionine and algal polysac-charide sequentially chelate with copper ions under controlled temperature and molar ratios.Compared to traditional wet methods,this approach eliminates wastewater and avoids the use of organic solvents,significantly improving product stability and chelation efficien-cy.An orthogonal design was used to optimize key parameters,resulting in a chelation rate exceeding 90%.Pilot-scale verification confirmed that the final product is uniform,stable,and meets internal quality standards for copper content,methionine,and polysac-charides.With excellent flowability and palatability,this green and efficient process shows strong potential for industrial application.Further animal trials will be conducted to evaluate its bioavailability and functional benefits in feed.关键词
