医教协同背景下中医学人才培养临床实践教学体系构建思路
Construction Ideas of Clinical Practice Teaching System for Traditional Chinese Medicine Talent Cultivation under the Background of Medical-Education Collaboration

Abstract
Clinical practice teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an important part of TCM talent cultivation,and"post competency"can measure the quality of TCM clinical practice teaching.The"medical-education collaboration"educational model can enhance physicians'"post competency"and serves as a guarantee for the high-quality development of medical talent cultivation.At present,there are problems of poor connection between colleges and universities in the collaborative talent cultivation under the medical-education collaboration model,such as the concept of collaborative education,mechanism,curriculum,faculty development,and quality assessment and evaluation.This article focused on the construction of the clinical teaching system for the cultivation of TCM talents,and put forward suggestions on the improvement measures for the collaborative education of medical and educational institutions to enhance the"post competency"of TCM major students,aiming to achieve better results in the clinical practice teaching for TCM talent cultivation.关键词
