Abstract
The formulation process and quality of tilmicosin premix were studied.Taking the powder fluidity of the drug,good maxi-mum solubility in water,and solution stability in water for 24 hours as the main indicators,the orthogonal design method was applied to optimize the formulation.A tilmicosin premix with high solubility and good stability was prepared to meet the requirements of drink-ing feeding in pig farms.The powder characteristics,maximum solubility in water,aqueous solution stability,appearance and proper-ties,content,loss on drying,and stability under accelerated conditions of the prepared tilmicosin premix were studied.The results show that all the indicators of this tilmicosin premix meet the quality standard requirements of the Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia;the maximum solubility of tilmicosin in water reaches 3 000 mg/L,and the aqueous solution is stable for 24 hours;there are no obvi-ous changes in all indicators in the 6-month accelerated stability test.Thus,the formulation process of the developed tilmicosin premix is feasible and the quality is controllable.关键词
