福清山羊(永泰类群)体重生长曲线拟合分析OA
Fitting analysis of body weight growth curve of Fuqing goat(Yongtai group)
为了研究福清山羊(永泰类群)体重的增长规律,测定 120 头永泰类群福清山羊(公母各半)初生、3 月龄、6 月龄和12 月龄体重数据,进一步采用Von Bertalanffy、Gompertz和Logistic 3 种非线性生长模型拟合体重的生长曲线.结果表明:(1)福清山羊(永泰类群)公羊的初生体重、3 月龄体重、6 月龄体重和 12 月龄体重分别为 1.41 kg、7.60 kg、15.02 kg和 23.06 kg,母羊在相应时期体重分别为 1.33 kg、7.43 kg、14.89 kg和 22.57 kg;公羊在全期试验中的体重在数值上均高于母羊,但仅 3 月龄的体重数据表现出显著性差异(P<0.05).(2)3 种非线性生长曲线模型均能较好地拟合福清山羊(永泰类群)体重的生长过程,R2 在0.949~0.963;Gompertz模型对公羊和母羊的R2 均最高,拟合效果最优,利用该模型拟合的福清山羊(永泰类群)公羊、母羊的体重生长曲线分别为Y=25.348*e-2.836*EXP(-0.283*t)和Y=24.603*e-2.887*EXP(-0.292*t),公羊、母羊的拐点月龄分别为 3.68 月龄和 3.63 月龄,拐点体重为 9.33 kg和 9.05 kg.
In order to study the rule of weight growth of Fuqing goats(Yongtai group),the body weight data of 120 Fuqing goats(male and female half)at birth,3 months,6 months and 12 months of age were measured,and the weight growth curves were fitted by Von Bertalanffy,Gompertz and Logistic nonlinear growth models.The results showed as follows:(1)the birth weight,3-month weight,6-month weight and 12-month weight of Fuqing goats(Yongtai group)rams were 1.41 kg,7.60 kg,15.02 kg and 23.06 kg,respectively,and the corresponding ewes were 1.33 kg,7.43 kg,14.89 kg and 22.57 kg,respectively.The body weight of rams was higher than that of ewes in the whole experiment,but the body weight data of only 3 months of age showed significant difference(P<0.05).(2)The three nonlinear growth curve models could well fit the body weight growth process of Fuqing goats(Yongtai Group),with R2 ranging from 0.949 to 0.963;The Gompertz model had the highest R2 for both male and female sheep and had the best fitting effect.The body weight growth curves of male and female Fuqing goats(Yongtai group)fitted by this model were Y=25.348*e-2.836*EXP(-0.283*t)and Y=24.603*e-2.887*EXP(-0.292*t),respectively.The turning point months of male and female goats were 3.68 months and 3.63 months,respective-ly.The inflection point weight is 9.33 kg and 9.05 kg.
