Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate the immune effeccacy of duck plague vaccines from three different manufacturers(H,Y,Q)in muscovy ducks.A total of 90 healthy muscovy ducks were randomly divided into three groups,each vaccinated with a vaccine from one of the manufacturers.Serum antibody titers were detected at multiple time points from the first to the fourth immunization.The re-sults showed that at 28 days pos-second immunization,the vaccine from manufacturer H exhibited a significantly higher positive anti-body rate of 33.33%(10/30),in contrast,the positive rate for manufacturer Y's vaccine was 20.00%(6/30),average P/N value:1.571,and for manufacturer Q's vaccine was 16.67%(5/30),average P/N value:1.939.The results indicated that there were significant differ-ences in the immune effects of duck plague vaccines from different manufacturers in muscovy ducks,specifically,the vaccine from manufacturer H showed more superior immune protection and elicited higher antibody levels.The immune effect of the vaccine from manufacturer Y was moderate,while the immune effect of the vaccine from manufacturer Q was relatively weaker.This study provides a reference for muscovy duck farmers to select appropriate duck plague vaccines.关键词
