香叶木素作为饲料添加剂调节比格犬应激的网络药理学和分子对接研究
Network pharmacology and molecular docking study of diosmetin dietary supplementation for stress modulation in beagle
摘要
Abstract
This study investigated the regulatory effects and underlying mechanisms of diosmetin as a dietary supplement on stress re-sponses in beagles using network pharmacology and molecular docking approaches.Network pharmacology analysis identified 22 over-lapping targets(3.8%of total targets)between diosmetin and stress-related genes, with EGFR,PTGS2,ESR1,and AKT1 identified as core targets.Gene Ontology(GO)enrichment analysis suggested that diosmetin may exert anti-stress effects by modulating biological processes such as cellular response to organic nitrogen compounds and transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase activity.Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis revealed its potential mechanisms involving endocrine resistance,VEGF signaling pathway, and ERBB signaling pathway.Molecular docking results demonstrated strong binding affinities between diosmetin and key targets, including PTGS2(binding energy:-6.95 kcal/mol),ESR1(-6.82 kcal/mol),and EGFR(-6.33 kcal/mol),supporting its multi-target regulatory potential. This study is the first to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of diosmetin's anti-stress effects from a computational biology perspective, providing a theoretical foundation for developing canine anti-stress feed additives.Further in vivo studies are required to validate its practical efficacy.关键词
