On the Cultivation Path of"Craftsman Spirit"of New Quality Workers

Abstract
The accelerated formation of new productivity needs the support of new quality workers.The cultivation of craftsman spirit of new quality workers needs to start from three dimensions:strengthening education,cultivating innovative culture and innovating effective communication methods.Firstly,to strengthen workers'cognition of craftsman spirit with education,by strengthening the top-level design of education and resource integration,and achieving the integration of humanistic education and professional education.Taking the top-level design as the core,actively highlighting the leading role and energy efficiency of humanistic education,deeply connecting the cultivation and development of craftsman spirit with the talent cultivation mode and program,and ensuring that the spirit permeates all educational links of talent cultivation with high quality;To strengthen the concept renewal and mode transformation of education,give more humanistic care to lead students to actively absorb and understand the spirit of craftsmen in the new era and internalize it into their own behavior;To strengthen the gradual advancement of craftsman spiritual education,realize the full coverage of the cultivation process,unify the study of professional knowledge with the shaping of spirit,stimulate students'subjective initiative in learning,put what they have learned into practice,and improve their professional ability and comprehensive ability in practice.Secondly,to nourish the integration of workers'craftsman spirit with innovative culture,it is necessary to take innovative material culture as the support,realize the communication of labor value between occupations,and strengthen the material support conditions of craftsman spirit.Taking innovative spiritual culture as its connotation,it arouses the craftsman spirit destroyed by modern technology and promotes the development of good in all stages of labor activities;Guided by innovative behavior culture,cultivate the behavior habit of continuous innovation,consciously and constantly demand yourself with higher standards in study and production practice,and cultivate the consciousness of pursuing perfection;Taking innovative institutional culture as the norm,we should realize the intercommunication between academic qualifications and vocational qualification certificates,and broaden the growth path of talents.Thirdly,to promote the social recognition of craftsman spirit by efficient communication,promote the whole society's respect for labor,create a social atmosphere in which the whole society respects craftsman spirit,form a cultural soil matching with craftsman spirit,establish the image of craftsmen in big countries as social pillars,carry forward the labor spirit of excellent workers and publicize the social value of all kinds of workers.Craftsman spirit is applicable to all trades,and the vigorous promotion in today's society proves the importance.Cultivating craftsman spirit is a long-term accumulation process,and creating a social environment of craftsman spirit and cultural atmosphere depends on the efforts and support of all sectors of society.As far as the country is concerned,it is necessary to increase investment in scientific research,establish institutional guarantee mechanism,improve innovation system,and create a good innovation environment for the cultivation of craftsman spirit;As far as enterprises are concerned,they should abandon"speed and passion",pay attention to quality rather than quantity;As far as schools are concerned,they should start with changing teaching concepts,strengthen the construction of"double-qualified"teachers,create a good campus culture,and provide a soil for the cultivation of craftsman spirit.关键词
