摘要
Abstract
A systematic quarantine analysis was conducted on swine slaughtered at a grade A designated slaughterhouse in Longyan city from 2021 to 2024.By integrating entry quarantine, synchronous quarantine, molecular biological detection(fluorescent PCR,ELISA),and parasite detection techniques, the characteristics of disease detection and prevention efficacy were systematically ana-lyzed.The results showed that the overall detection rate was between 0.058%and 0.089%over the four years.Stress syndrome ac-counted for an annual average of 53.38%of cases, emerging as the primary cause of mortality(significantly correlated with high-tem-perature seasons and long-distance transportation).Bacterial respiratory diseases(swine pasteurellosis and mycoplasma pneumonia)ex-hibited a declining trend(P<0.05).Parasitic infections were rare(only one case of Trichinella spiralis detected in 2023,with no Cys-ticercus cellulosae detected),while Ascaris suum and Sarcoptes scabiei infections were linked to farm hygiene management.African swine fever(ASF)was not detected for four consecutive years(sample size:25,233),indicating effective regional prevention and control. The study concludes that stress management, seasonal disease prevention, and improved farm sanitation are critical for enhancing meat safety.Technical recommendations include optimizing transportation protocols, strengthening laboratory testing capabilities, and imple-menting comprehensive parasite control in breeding facilities.关键词
