猪苓下气汤治疗支气管肺炎肾阴不足证临床观察
Zhuling Xiaqi Decoction in Treating Bronchopneumonia with Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuling Xiaqi decocyion in treating bronchopneumonia with kidney yin deficiency syndrome.Methods From September 1,2020 to March 31,2023,112 children with bronchopneumonia and kidney yin deficiency syndrome admitted to the Pediatrics Department of Nanyang Zhang Zhongjing Hospital,The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine,and Henan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was given Zhuling Xiaqi decoction on the basis of the control group,with 8 days as one course of treatment.The clinical syndrome scores,chest X-ray findings,diarrhea scores,night restlessness scores,and effective rate of the children were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the scores of chest X-ray,diarrhea,and night restlessness were all lower than those of the control group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhuling Xiaqi decoction has outstanding curative effects in the treatment of bronchopneumonia with kidney yin deficiency syndrome,and can improve the symptoms of crying and diarrhea in infants with bronchopneumonia.关键词
