Abstract
Bibliometric and knowledge mapping methods were used to analyze the research hotspots,frontiers and trends of the international standardized scalp acupuncture clinical randomized controlled trial(RCT)literature in the past 10 years.Relevant literature in CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang databases were searched using NoteExpress,and keyword co-occurrence analysis was performed using VOSviewer software to plot the visual knowledge map.A total of 229 Chinese documents were included in the study,and it was found that the field of standardized scalp acupuncture clinical RCT has developed steadily in the past 10 years,and the research hotspot mainly focused on brain-derived diseases,especially post-stroke diseases.In addition,the scalp acupuncture is combined with therapies such as oral administration of Chinese medicine,external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and modern rehabilitation technology.The forefront of research includes the summary of the dominant combination treatment plan with scalp acupuncture as the core and selecting appropriate objective outcome indicators.Future studies should expand the coverage of dominant diseases and carry out deeper and high-quality clinical studies.关键词
