Abstract
Objective To systematically assess the clinical efficacy of methods aimed at soothing liver and strengthening spleen in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT),and to summarize frequently used Chinese medicines,offering insights for the treatment of HT.Methods Through searching databases such as CNKI,VIP,WanFang,and Chinese Biomedical Literature,randomized controlled trials on the use of methods aimed at soothing liver and strengthening spleen for the treatment of HT published between 2010 and 2023 were collected.The data were then integrated and analyzed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results A total of 14 literatures involving 1,129 patients were included.After treatment with the soothing liver and invigorating spleen methods,compared with the control group,the treatment group showed the following results:clinical total effective rate was[OR=4.14,95%CI(2.85,6.01),P<0.000 01],serum anti-thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)was[SMD=-0.91,95%CI(-1.27,-0.55),P<0.0001],serum thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)was[SMD=-0.99,95%CI(-1.44,-0.54),P<0.000 01],and serum thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)was[SMD=-0.68,95%CI(-1.00,-0.36),P<0.0001].Conclusion The soothing liver and invigorating spleen prescription in the treatment of HT exhibits significant effect.关键词
