深化高校教师发展评价机制改革的演变趋势、问题审视与提升路径

Abstract
The reform of the evaluation mechanism for faculty development in higher education institutions is crucial for enhancing teachers'professional capabilities and improving the quality of higher education.With the continuous advancement of higher education,the evaluation mechanism for faculty development has shifted from a single quantitative criterion to a more diversified and comprehensive evaluation system.However,several issues remain in the current evaluation mechanism,such as narrow evaluation standards,an overemphasis on research outcomes,neglect of teaching quality,and unreasonable appointment cycles.This paper analyzes the evolving trends of faculty development evaluation mechanisms in domestic and international higher education institutions,examines existing challenges,and proposes pathways for improvement.The goal is to establish a scientific,open,and effective evaluation system aligned with institutional development,thereby enhancing faculty motivation and creativity and providing strong talent support for improving the quality of education and teaching.关键词
